INDIA INTERNATIONAL JEWELLERY WEEK 2012

I am a jewellery enthusiast.Like any other ordinary girl, my eyes shine bright and my heart beats frantically when I see so much beauty in these shining and sparkling rocks.Each and every piece is a labour of love.A lot of imagination has flown into creating these exquisite pieces.Every piece has an energy and vibration of its own.These shining sparkling rocks are a gift of the nature and man with his creativity and powerful imagination transforms these rocks into something truly breadth taking.

 

Critiquing is not my cup of tea.One has to inspire so much negativity in themselves to inculcate the ability to criticise.So I am going to focus on which piece appeals the most to my sensibilities. The gorgeous necklace worn by Nargis Fakhri attracted me in an instant.I just can't take my eyes off  the beautiful multi strand polki and emerald necklace.She looks stunning.Abhay Deol looks dapper,he is sporting a paisley maharaja brooch cum armlet with a carved emerald and three panna chains.

Madhuri Dixit Nene, is truly a vision of beauty.She looks so graceful, poised,regal,the Polki Rani Haar collar and choker edged with pearls look magnificent on her.

Sonam Kapoor has always been my  favourite for her style and fashion sensibilities.She expresses her individuality through fashion.She walked the ramp wearing a magnificent polki necklace with a beautiful tasselled pendant.I love her styling,the maang tikka,rows of studded kadas and small ear studs make her look so regal and so beautifully Indian.

More than her jewellery,I love the way Bipasha Basu has been styled.She looks gorgeous in the beautiful coal blue saree, poker staright hair,the kohled eyes,the red bindi.She looks like a  true bengali beauty.

All in all I loved the jewellery showcased at IIJW 2012.
